教师的频繁流动是农村学校中普遍存在的一种现象,且更多地表现为单向的流动。即农村教师流出教育系统、或流向办学条件较好的城市学校。调查结果表明:西北贫困地区农村教师流动频繁、流动教师多为中青年骨干教师、在岗教师流动欲望强烈。且教师流动受到工作环境、社会、教师个体、学校管理等因素的影响。对此,建议采用政策扶持、财政补偿、管理创新等举措促使贫困地区农村教师合理流动。
- Abstract:

Teachers’ unreasonable flow not only affects the stability of teachers, but also restricts the improvement of education quality and the realization of education fairness. This study made a survey of the 206 teachers from the rural areas. The results show that the frequent flow of teachers in rural teachers is the backbone of middle-aged and young teachers, in-service teachers flow lust. Teacher’s flows have been influenced by working environment, society and individual, school management, and other factors. We should take some measures to prevent the flowing trend.
