摘要:
我国现代职业教育体系建设不断深入，厦门现代职业教育迎来了新的发展机遇并取得了较大成绩。然而，厦门市当前现代职业教育在经费投入、师资队伍、教育完成率等方面还存在着诸多不足。因此，科学制定职业教育发展方略，提升职教战略地位，加大职业教育经费投入，优化职教师资结构，发挥职业教育多元办学模式的优势培养社会急需的专业人才，加大对接受职业教育的学生的在校和就业支持等，构建现代职业教育体系，把厦门建设成为海峡西岸具有示范、带动、辐射作用的技能型人才培养高地。
Abstract:
As the system of modern vocational education develops further in China, the vocational education in Xiamen welcomes new developing opportunity and has made great achievements. However, there still exists many inadequacies in investment, teaching staff and completion. Therefore, this paper points out that it is necessary to make scientific development strategies on vocational education, including improving its strategic position, increasing financial input, optimizing the structure of teachers, maximizing the advantages of diverse school-running mode to foster professionals for the requirements of the society, strengthening government support for students` vocational education and employment, and building the modern vocational education system, to build Xiamen into a skilled large pool of training of talents, with radiation and exemplary role.
