摘要:
高校课表运行管理是高校教学管理的重要组成部分,文章从高校课表运行管理的内涵及特点入手,查找分析目前管理中存在的教师调停课频繁、课表运行信息不对称等问题及其原因,提出将管理学原理融入并转化为高校课表运行的实际管理之中,从而达到稳定教学秩序,保障教学效果,提高教学质量的目的。
Abstract:
The operational guidance for curriculum schedule has become an indispensable component of teaching management in higher educational institutions. On that account, this paper starts with the connotation and characteristics of the operational guidance for college curriculum schedule to analyze the problem of the current management and figure out its cause, such as the problem of frequent class rescheduling or class suspension among teachers and the information asymmetry in the process of curriculum schedule operation. It is put forward that principles of management science should be integrated into the operational guidance on college curriculum schedule so as to maintain an orderly teaching, improving the teaching quality and effect.
