摘要:
教学质量和人才培养质量的提高离不开教师教学发展。高校帮助和促进教师教学发展必须遵循校本性、全程性、全员性原则。确立教学中心地位,创设有利于教师自我发展的制度环境、建立教师教学发展中心等正式的教学支持性机构、创设条件,搭建平台,增进教师之间的互动与合作、树立教学学术观,变革教师评价方式和发展晋升模式等是高校提升教师教学发展的路径选择。
Abstract:
Faculty teaching development is regarded as the premise and crux to promote teaching quality. Provincial universities must adhere to the principles of being school-based, whole-coursed, and entirely-involved to reach this aim. The paper thereby proposes the following approaches, that is, to establish the core position of teaching, create favorable environment of system for self-development, set up formal teaching supporting institutions like faculties teaching centers and relevant conditions, build up platforms for the interaction and cooperation among faculties, facilitate their vision of academically-oriented teaching, and change ways of assessing and models of career position promotion.
