摘要:: 二战后，为了推动基础教育发展，美国联邦政府通过系列立法促进了教师教育改革。在这些法案的制定、修订、实施过程中，美国强调联邦政府在教师教育中的作用，关注对法律修订促进教师教育改革，重视教师教育法律条款实施的绩效，着重通过教师教育减少教育不公平，注重以资助方式推动相关法律实施。

Abstract:: After World War II, in order to promote the development of basic education, the federal government promoted through a series of teacher education reform legislation.
