研究对象为6名教学型大学教师。使用QSR Nvivo 80质性分析软件,采用三级编码(开放式——关联式——核心式)对教师们关于教学目的、教学内容、学生学习、师生关系等方面的看法以及影响这些看法的因素的描述进行分析,发现“个体经历对教师信念的建构”是影响教学型大学教师信念的核心要素,个体的学习经历对教学型大学教师信念具有定向作用,个体的教学经历对教学型大学教师信念具有重新建构的作用。

Six teaching-intensive university teachers were interviewed with the aim of describing their beliefs and what factors affected them. A qualitative analysis of interviews resulted that the teachers’individual experiences was the axial factor which influenced teaching-intensive university teachers’beliefs. Teachers’learning experiences oriented teaching-intensive university teachers’beliefs, and teachers’teaching experiences reconstructed teaching-intensive university teachers’beliefs.
