摘要:
实践取向的教师教育在基础教育课程改革背景下显得尤为重要,是近年来教师教育改革的基本取向所在。地方师范院校作为地方基础教育教师输送地,只有认识到实践取向在教师教育中的重要性,才能够在此理念引导下推动教师教育改革与发展,提高人才培养质量。文章在分析地方师范院校重理论轻实践和淡化师范技能等实践取向缺失表现的基础上,从办学理念、课程设置、以及合作共同体等方面提出加强实践训练的培养策略,希望能够为地方师范院校的发展提供决策参考。
Abstract:
The practice oriented teacher education is particularly important in the background of curriculum reform of basic education in recent years, which is the basic orientation of teacher education reform. Local normal universities are the key delivery of local basic education teachers, which is why only they realized the importance of practice orientation in the teacher education, when they can promote the reform and development of teacher education to improve the quality of talent cultivation under the guidance of this idea. The thesis is to analysis the problems to light practice but weight theory and desalinate teaching skills in local normal universities at first, then to give some suggestions to strengthen the practice oriented teacher education on educational philosophy, curriculum setting and community cooperation, which is to provide some references for the development of the local normal universities.
