摘要:

雅斯贝尔斯的大学理念蕴含丰富的伦理思想，宽容便是这些思想的根基。人性的自私往往导致不宽容，但人性的社会交往之需要又往往导致人类对宽容的诉求。根据雅斯贝尔斯对人性的见解——竞争的恐惧是大学不宽容的主要原因，宽容的利益是大学需要宽容的主要理由，因此思考大学应该宽容什么，如何宽容等问题便有了答案。

Abstract:

Jaspers’s idea on university includes plenty of ethical thought, whose foundation is tolerance. Self-serving human nature often results in intolerance, men’s natural demand to intercourse. However, sometimes it becomes a main cause to pursue tolerance. According to Jaspers’s viewpoints on human nature——dread to competition causes intolerance in university, and benefits from tolerance lead university to pursue tolerance——when we discuss what university should tolerate and how university should tolerate, our conclusions are easily drawn.
