摘要:
陈嘉庚职业教育思想包含实业兴国、办学致用、知行合一、德智体三育并重的主张和理念，对于地方财经院校创新人才培养思路具有重要启示，即地方财经院校应以应用型人才培养为主要方向、以职业能力培养为关键环节、以开展创业教育为时代要求、以诚信和廉洁教育为重要组成。陈嘉庚一手创办的集美大学财经学院，积极贯彻陈嘉庚教育理念，其构建的以“职业教育体系”为主体， “创业教育体系”和“‘诚毅’品格育人体系” 为两翼的创业型高级财经职业人才培养体系为地方财经院校人才培养做出了可贵探索。
Abstract:
Tan Kah Kee’s vocational education thoughts contain the advocatioon and concepts: national revival based on the development of industry and commerce, the unity of knowing and doing, the same importance of the education about moral, intellectual and physical. To innovate thinking of personnel training in the local financial colleges, those concepts have profound enlightments, which consist of the main direction of applied-talents cultivation, the key link of professional skills training, the aging requirement of entrepreneurial education and the essential component of good faith and honesty education. Finance and Economics College of Jimei University founded by Tan Kah Kee, actively implement the Tan Kah Kee’s education concepts. The senior financial professional personnel training system of entrepreneurship including the main body——vocational education system, the double wings——education systems of enterprise , education systems of Integrity and willpower character. And the training system have made valuable exploration of talents’ training of local financial college.
