摘要:
抽取766名初中生为被试，以毅力量表、自尊量表和抑郁量表为测量工具进行集体施测。探讨青少年的毅力与抑郁的关系，并检验了自尊对毅力和抑郁关系的中介作用。结果发现：青少年的毅力和抑郁之间存在显著的负相关；自尊对毅力与抑郁的关系起部分中介作用。青少年的毅力水平既能够直接影响其抑郁水平，也能够通过自尊对其起间接作用。
Abstract:
This study aimed to explore the relationship between grit and depression and the mediated effect of self-esteem in the relationship in adolescences. A sample of 766 junior middle school students completed the Grit Scale, the self-Esteem Scale, and CES-D Self-Reported Depression Scale. Results: Grit was correlated with depression and self-esteem partially mediated the association between grit and depression in adolescences. Grit of adolescences can make a direct prediction to depression, and also has an indirect effect to it through self-esteem.
