摘要:
对大学教师教学观念的访谈分析和问卷调查发现:大学教师的教学观念是多元化的,并且总体上呈现“重科研、轻教学”的状态;教龄、教师自身的学习经历、学生的特点、学生的反馈、同行听课、教师进修培训和工作压力在不同程度上会影响教师的教学。大学应当将“教学”作为一种学术活动来看待,并以此为核心改进各项制度,为教师营造良好的教学工作环境。
Abstract:
Based on a survey and interview of university teachers’ current teaching status, it is found out that university teachers have multiple categories of teaching beliefs, and as a whole they value scientific research above teaching work. Teaching seniority, teachers’ own learning experience, students’ characteristics, students’ feedback, teachers’ training, peer teacher reciprocal teaching evaluation and teachers’ working pressure have varying degrees of influence on university teachers’ teaching. Universities should treat teaching as a kind of academic activity, and improve all the systems on this basis, and create a good teaching environment for teachers.
