摘要:
任务的清晰度与回报效价决定了个体的注意力分配机制,人们往往更倾向于接受那些任务清晰且回报力度相对较高的任务。这一分析框架解释了高校教师的激励机制与行为逻辑。在现行高校制度环境下,高校教师面临着教学、科研与社会服务等多重任务。尽管教学产出模糊,但超课时量的回报吸引了科研能力相对欠缺的教师的注意力。科研产出的指标压力与多重回报构成了中青年教师最为重要的激励。社会服务的短平快收益则备受具有一定社会影响力的教师的欢迎。
Abstract:
The definition and reward of task determine the individual attention distribution. People often prefer to accept those tasks that are comparatively clear and have relatively high returns. This paper explains the incentives and behavioral logic of college teachers. Under the current situation, college teachers have multiple tasks such as teaching, research and social services. Although the output of teaching is vague, the return on extra-curricular workload has attracted the attention of teachers who lack the research capacity. The pressure of research and multiple returns constitute the most important motivation for middle-aged and young teachers. At last,short-term benefits of social services are much welcomed for the teachers with some social influence.
