摘要:
为了解全面二孩政策对学前教育发展的影响,对广东C市四名园长开展深度半结构式访谈后显示,全面二孩政策首先将增加我国学前儿童的人数和幼儿园数量,但也加剧了幼教师资缺口、公办园供不应求以及私立幼儿园教师流动性强等问题,进而导致幼儿园教师管理负担和教师工作压力的上升,一定程度上也制约了幼儿教师的专业发展。鉴于此,呼吁政府增加学前教育软硬件资源供给;幼儿园管理者须重视幼儿教师的情感管理,建立科学有效的培训体系;幼儿教师强化专业发展自我意识和学习自觉性,制订专业发展规划,有计划有目的地提升自我。
Abstract:
By the semi-structured in-depth interview with four directors in C city of Guangdong province to know the influence of universal Two-Child policy to preschool education development,it is shown that the comprehensive two-child policy has a great impact on the resource demand of China ’s preschool education,kindergarten management and the construction of kindergarten teachers.Therefore,it is suggested that the government should increase the supply of pre-school education software and hardware resources.Kindergarten managers should pay attention to the emotional management of kindergarten teachers and establish a scientific and effective training system.Preschool teachers should strengthen the self-consciousness of professional development and the self-consciousness of lifelong learning,formulate appropriate professional development plans,and improve themselves in a planned and purposeful way.
