摘要:
教师的思想政治素质状况关系到学校德育的有效开展和青少年的健康成长。加强对教师，包括对职前教师的思想政治教育，是我国教育事业健康发展的有力保障。教育实习作为师范生教师教育的重要环节，肩负着对师范生开展思想政治教育的重要使命，能够帮助师范生加深职业认同，树立职业理想，提高职业道德，提升其综合素质。师范生的身份特点、个人发展需求和教育实习的本质属性要求师范生培养单位加深对教育实习育人功能的认识，采取显性和隐性相结合的方式充分发挥其思想政治教育功能。
Abstract:
The ideological and political quality of teachers has a great impact on school moral education and the healthy development of adolescents.Enhancing the ideological and political education towards teachers，including pre-service teachers ensures the robust development of education cause in China.Practicum，as an important part of teacher education course，plays an important role in providing ideological and political education for pre-service teachers in universities.It can deepen their career identity，build their professional ideal，improve their moral standards，and enhance their comprehensive quality.The characteristics and needs of pre-service teachers，plus the essential attributes of practicum requires the educators deepen their understanding of the ideological and political education function of the practicum and adopt both explicit and implicit means to carry out the function.
