摘要:
促进高职教师的专业发展是推进高职教育改革的首要问题,从身份认同视野出发,对当前我国高职院校教师专业发展的现状进行分析,并针对其教师的教学技能、教学理念与教学需求不符、教师个人发展意识模糊、教师准入资格与评聘制度缺失、培训体系不完善等问题,提出了促进高职院校教师专业发展应当从创造适切的社会环境、提高教师自主性、构建合作共同体三个方面着手,共同作用于高职教师专业发展。
Abstract:
Higher vocational college teachers’ professional development is the focus of the current higher vocational education reform,this article stands in the Angle of identity,the current situation of higher vocational college teachers ’ professional development in our country is analyzed,and the teachers ’ teaching skills,teaching idea do not tally with the demand of teaching,the teachers ’ personal development consciousness,lack of teachers ’ approval and appraisal system,training system is not perfect and other issues put forward the corresponding countermeasure,from think to promote teachers ’ professional development in higher vocational colleges should create appropriate social environment,improving teachers ’ autonomy,build community three aspects of cooperation,promote the teacher professional development in higher vocational colleges.
