摘要:
对日本一流大学在人才培养上坚持的“以兼容文化为中心”的理念进行分析,探究借由文化自主与嫁接来达成日本文化发展的人才培养目标,讨论为文化保存的关于日本本土文化精神的能力素养要求,并解析以文化创新为目的实施的日本通识教育改革以及专题研讨与体验式教学等特征。在探究中归纳总结日本人才培养经验,为我国一流大学提供制定以兼容文化为中心的人才培养方案的思路,继而提高我国人才的质量。
Abstract:
This paper makes an indepth analysis of “compatible culture centered” concept insisted by Japan’s top universities in talent cultivation,explores the talent cultivation goal of achieving cultural development through cultural autonomy and grafting,discusses the ability and accomplishment requirements of the local cultural spirit for cultural preservation,and analyzes general education reform,thematic discussion and experiential teaching implemented for the purpose of cultural innovation.In the process of the exploration,the policy of talent cultivation is summarized,to provide the top universities in China with the ideas of formulating a “compatible culture centered” talent cultivation plan,thus improving talent quality in China.
