摘要:
陈嘉庚的师范办学理念有着知行并重、兼顾多元、关注贫困、以闽带侨、开拓视野、重视实际等丰富精神内涵，且极具当代价值。传承嘉庚先生师范办学的精神，挖掘其当代价值，提高思想站位，以国家战略发展的全局意识，开拓视野，跨时代跨学科寻找解决问题的理论灵药；又与时俱进，回到当代，联系实际，优先办好师范教育，为国家培养“四有”好教师，从而为教育强国建设做贡献。
Abstract:
Mr.Tan Kah Kee’s patriotic historical facts and spirit have been highly affirmed by General Secretary Xi Jinping.His idea of running a normal school has rich spiritual connotation，such as paying equal attention to knowledge and practice，paying attention to various aspects，paying attention to poverty，taking Fujian as a guide for overseas Chinese，broadening horizons and attaching importance to reality，etc.To inherit the spirit of running a normal school of Mr.Tan Kah Kee and to excavate its contemporary value，it means to improve the position of thinking and use the overall consciousness of the strategic development of the country，both to open up a new horizon and search for a theoretical panacea that can solve problems across time and disciplines，and to keep pace with the times，back to the contemporary era，in the light of reality，giving priority to normal education，for the country to cultivate "four-qualities" good teachers，so as to lay a good foundation for national education power construction.
