摘要:
劳动教育是立德树人任务实现方式之一,资助育人是三全育人格局中的重要组成部分,劳动教育融入资助育人是高校思想政治工作路径创新的积极探索。资助工作通过对学生劳动参与行为的约束考核,强化学生劳动观念、品质和能力的培养,有助形成资助育人长效机制。劳动教育理念融入夯实了资助育人思想基础,内容嵌入丰富了资助育人目标内涵,方式植入拓展了资助育人实践载体,从而促进资助育人实现。劳动教育缺位下,劳动思想教育弱化、劳动能力培育软化与劳动体验参与虚化,导致资助政策导向偏误、资助工作机制漏洞和资助育人成效约束,资助育人实现面临困境。针对工作体制障碍,围绕学生发展诉求,从强化价值引领、转化管理模式、优化考核机制等方面重塑助力资助育人的劳动教育路径。
Abstract:
Labor education is one of the ways to realize the goal of moral education,and funding education is a key component of the holistic education.Incorporating labor education into funding education is an active exploration of ideological and political work path innovation in colleges.The long-term mechanism of funding education can be established by examining students labor participation and strengthening the cultivation of students’ attitude,quality and ability of labor.The incorporated idea of labor education consolidates the ideological foundation of funding education.The embedded content enriches the connotation of the goal of funding education.The implanted way increases the carriers of practice ,so as to facilitate the realization of funding education.In the absence of labor education,labor ideological education is weakened,labor ability cultivation is softened and labor experience is blurred,which leads to the bias in funding policy orientation,the loophole of subsidizing and the restriction of education effect,and the realization of funding education faces a dilemma.In view of the obstacles in the working system,we should focus on the developmental demands of students and reshape the labor education path from the aspects of strengthening value guidance,transforming management mode,optimizing assessment mechanism and so on.
