摘要:
长期以来，我国民办与公办高等院校的教育经费存在较大的差距，这种差距严重影响了高等院校教育的整体发展。从福建民办与公办高等教育的发展现状、教育经费来源、生均经费以及经费的支出结构进行系统的比较分析，探讨民办高校在教育经费投入与支出方面存在的问题并提出发展对策。
Abstract:
For a long time，there has been a notable gap in educational funding between private and public institutions of higher education in our country.This gap seriously affects the overall development of higher education.Taking Fujian Province for example，this article makes a systematic contrastive analysis of the development status，sources of educational funding，perstudent funding，and expenditure structure between private and public higher education.It further probes into the problems existing in the investment and expenditure of educational funds in private universities and provides suggestions for future development.
