摘要:: 习近平治国理政方略为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供了有力保证，也为推进新时代大学生思想政治教育工作指明了前进方向、开创了崭新局面。推进大学生思想政治教育是习近平治国理政方略的重要内容和迫切任务之一。高校可以从“以肩负国家使命的理念引领大学生树立奋斗目标”“以推动国家发展的理念引领大学生励志成长成才”“以维护国家利益的理念引领大学生实现自身价值”三个方向，从辅导员工作的“固本培元”工程、思政课程的“创新叙事”工程和课程思政的“学科融合”工程三个实践维度，推进大学生思想政治教育工作服务党和国家治国理政的进程。

Abstract:: Xi Jinping’s strategy on the governance of China is a solid guarantee of the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation,providing a beacon of light and creating a new situation for advancing ideological and political education among college students in the new era，which is also an important part and urgent task of Xi Jinping’s governance strategy.Colleges and universities may advance ideological and political education among college students in the service of the Party and the states governance in three directions:“leading college students to set up goals with the idea of shouldering China’s national mission”，“leading college students to grow and succeed with the idea of driving China’s development” and “leading college students to selfactualize with the idea of safeguarding China’s national interests”,and on three practical levels:fundamental cultivation by college counselors，innovative narrative of ideological and political courses，and disciplinary integration of ideological and political education in all courses.
