摘要:

国家教师资格考试制度的推行，意味着我国教师专业化发展进入了一个新阶段，也给地方院校师范教育改革提出了新要求。论文分析了当前地方院校师范音乐教育存在的问题，阐述了教师资格考试制度实施现状，对教师资格考试制度下地方院校音乐师范教育的发展提出了改革的思路和方案。

Abstract:

The implementation of the national teacher qualification examination is the inevitable development of teacher education in China,which means that the professional development of teachers has entered a new stage and also puts forward new requirements for the reform of education in local colleges.This paper analyzes the problems existing in local music education,expounds the situation in implementation of the teacher qualification examination system,and puts forward the reform ideas and plans for the development of the music education in local colleges.
