摘要:
推进“农村社会工作”课程思政教学改革是落实新时代高校立德树人根本任务的体现,也是有效开展高校思想政治教育的重要途径。基于对“农村社会工作”课程的教学大纲、教育计划、教材、教案及PPT、课程实践、分组小课堂的内容分析,挖掘了课程思政的育人元素,从专业价值理念与社会主义核心价值观的融合、理论学习与实务训练的衔接、加强校企合作机制的构建等方面,推进课程思政建设。但是也遇到了课程思政内容与提升学生专业认同的张力、教学方法融合与发挥教师纽带作用的冲突、多方参与课程思政协同运作的“格局”尚未形成等挑战。为增进“农村社会工作”课程思政的育人效果,注重社会主义核心价值观对课程建设的引领作用,提升中国优秀传统文化与社会工作价值的契合性,构建具有中国特色的社会工作人才培养体系,增强社会工作专业实践教学的适用性,提升学生的知行合一的能力,以实现本土化社会工作专业立德树人的人才培养目标。
Abstract:
Promoting the teaching reform of ideological and political education in social work curriculum is not only the reflection of the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities in the New Era,but also an important way to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities effectively.This paper taps the “educational elements” of “Rural Social Work” course from following aspects:integration of professional values and socialist core values,connection between theoretical learning and practical training,and strengthening the construction of school enterprise cooperation mechanism.Above research is based on the content analysis of the syllabus,education plan,teaching materials,teaching plan,teaching PPT,course practice and group study of this course.However,there are also challenges,such as the tension between the ideological and political contents of “Rural Social Work”curriculum and traditional education methods,the conflict between the integration of teaching methods and the linking role of teachers,and also the patterns of multiaccess participation in the coordinated operation of ideological and political education in the curriculum have not yet been established.In order to improve the effect of ideological and political education on the course of “Rural Social Work”,we should pay attention to the leading role of socialist core values in the course construction of “Rural Social Work”,improve the consistency between Chinese excellent traditional culture and the value of rural social work,build a social work talent training system with Chinese characteristics,and enhance the applicability of practical teaching of social work,improve students’ ability to integrate knowledge and practice,so as to achieve the talent training goal of building morality and cultivating people for Chinese social work majors.
