摘要:: 蔡元培的公民责任观是新时代道德文化建设的重要资源。他将公民责任视为个体在社会公共生活中应当遵循的伦理准则或道德规范，从“行正义”“尽公德”“循礼仪”等层面阐述了其具体蕴含。他将教育作为培养健全国民、塑造良好社会的主要路径，主张遵循受教育者尤其是儿童的主体性与身心发展规律，以多教并举的方式促进公民责任意识与实践能力养成，彰显出鲜明的现代追求与实践特征。当代道德教育工作者可从中吸取养分，注重理实一致，做有家国情怀的教育研究；强调知行合一，培育身心完整的时代新人；倡导融合育人，多元主体协同打造风清气正的德育场。

Abstract:: Cai Yuanpei’s civic responsibility view is an important resource for the construction of moral culture in the new era.He regards the civic responsibility as the ethical norm that the individual should follow in the social life,and expounds its concrete implication from the aspects of justice,public morality and etiquette.He regards education as the main way to train a sound nation and a good society,and advocates following the law of the subjectivity and physical and mental development of the educated,especially the children,and promoting the cultivation of the sense of civic responsibility and practical ability by the way of multi-education integration,reflect modern pursuit and practice character.Contemporary moral educators can draw nourishment from it emphasizing the unity of truth and reality,doing educational research with a sense of home and country,emphasizing the unity of knowledge and practice,cultivating the new generation with complete body and mind,and advocating the integration and education of people,multiple subjects work together to create a good moral education field.
