摘要:

培养具有强烈社会责任感的优秀人才始终是我国高等教育的重要使命。首先阐述了“嘉庚精神”的时代内涵、“嘉庚精神”与社会责任的关系，进而构建“嘉庚精神”赋能高校学生社会责任的理论模型；其次，基于对厦门市高校学生社会责任感的问卷调查，分析了高校学生社会责任感的实践现状和影响因素，指出了社会责任感缺失的原因；最后，提出了“嘉庚精神”赋能高校学生社会责任感的实践路径，包括打造课程思政育人模块、加强实践平台建设、实施校园文化浸润工程和树立典型示范引领等四个方面，为更好地弘扬“嘉庚精神”、提升新形势下高等教育的人才培养质量提供了可操作性建议。

Abstract:

Cultivating outstanding talents with a strong social responsibility has always been an important mission of higher education in China.The study first elucidates the contemporary connotation of the "Tan Kah-kee Spirit" and its relationship with social responsibility,subsequently constructing a theoretical model of how the "Tan Kah-kee Spirit" empowers college students’ sense of social responsibility.Secondly,based on questionnaire surveys conducted among university students in Xiamen,it analyzes the current state of practice and influencing factors regarding students’ social responsibility awareness,while identifying the root causes of deficiencies in this regard.Finally,the research proposes practical pathways for leveraging the "Tan Kah-kee Spirit" to enhance students’ social responsibility,encompassing four key dimensions:developing ideological and political education modules,strengthening practical platform development,implementing campus cultural immersion initiatives,and establishing exemplary role models.These recommendations provide actionable guidance for better promoting the "Tan Kah-kee Spirit" and improving the quality of talent cultivation in higher education under new circumstances.
