摘要:
我国颁布的多项政策从多层级、多维度促进农村职业教育产教融合,推动乡村产业、人才和文化振兴,从而落实乡村振兴战略部署。如何有效推进农村职业教育产教融合赋能乡村振兴成为热点问题。研究发现农村职业教育产教融合赋能乡村振兴过程中,在政府顶层设计力、企业主动参与力、职校理论支持力、行会专业指导力等诸多方面存在问题。基于此,从政府、企业、职业院校、行业协会等相关参与主体入手,探讨乡村振兴战略下农村职业教育产教融合的优化路径:各级政府应多措并举,形成合力,为产教融合提供激励机制;相关企业应重塑角色,驱动内力,为产教融合提供实践场域;职业院校应更新理念,明确定位,为产教融合提供理论支持;行业协会应多方协调,深度参与,为产教融合提供专业支持。其目的在于构建多元主体协同参与农村职业教育发展新格局,助推乡村振兴高质量发展。
Abstract:
China has promulgated a series of multi-level and multi-dimensional policies to advance the integration of industry and education in rural vocational education.This initiative aims to revitalize rural industries,talent,and culture,thereby implementing the strategic plan for rural revitalization.How to effectively promote the integration of industry and education in rural vocational education and empower rural revitalization has become a hot issue.It was found that there are many practical issues in the process of empowering rural revitalization through the integration of industry and education in rural vocational education,such as the top-level design power of the government,the active participation of enterprises,the theoretical support of vocational schools,and the guidance of professional guilds.Based on this,we start from the four core interests of government,enterprises,vocational colleges and vocational associations to explore the optimization path of industry-teaching integration in rural vocational education under the strategy of rural revitalization:governments at all levels should take various measures to form a synergy and provide incentives for the integration of industry-teaching;enterprises should reshape their roles and drive their internal forces to provide a practical field for the integration of industry-teaching;vocational colleges should update their concepts and define their positioning to provide core demands for the integration of industry-teaching;vocational associations should update their concepts and define their positioning to provide core demands for the integration of industry-teaching;and vocational associations should strengthen their professional capacity.Vocational colleges and universities should update their concepts and position themselves clearly to provide core demands for the integration of industry and education;industry associations should coordinate with each other and participate in depth to provide professional support for the integration of industry and education.In this way,a new pattern of coordinated participation of multiple subjects in the development of rural vocational education will be built,which will help promote the high-quality development of rural revitalization.
