摘要:: 领域法思维是一种新兴的法治教育思维，其核心在于问题导向，并通过开放、跨学科的模式，提供实用而有效的法治教育。然而，这种新兴的法治教育方式在凸显其优势的同时，也不可避免地对现有的法治教育模式产生冲击。因此有必要充分利用问题导向这一关键要素，在新的法治教育模式中协调领域法思维与传统的部门法思维，使二者相互补充，构建起全新的法治教育理论框架。在实践中，需将领域法思维融入思想政治教育的法治教育，将其与课程思政中的法治内容、专业课程的法律课程以及第二课堂的法治实践有机融合，实现全面而系统的高校法治教育革新。

Abstract:: Domain-specific legal thinking The thinking mode of field of law is an emerging approach in legal education,characterized by its problem-oriented focus and its open,interdisciplinary model aimed at providing practical and effective legal education.The mode focuses on problem orientation and helps provide practical and effective legal education.However,while this innovative approach highlighting its advantages,it the new mode of legal education inevitably impacts the existing legal education models.Therefore,it is essential to fully leverage the problem-oriented element the key element of problem orientation ,coordinating to coordinate domain-specific legal thinking the thinking mode of field law with that of traditional departmental legal thinking department of law in the new legal education model to make them complementary and to construct ,so that they complement each other and construct a novel theoretical framework for legal education.In practice,domain-specific legal thinking the thinking mode of field law should be integrated into the legal education within ideological and political education,combining it organically with the legal content in curriculum ideology curriculum-based political education,legal courses in professional curricula,and legal practice in extracurricular activities,These strategies and methods aim to achieving a comprehensive and systematic innovation in legal education in higher institutions universities.
