摘要:
通过集美大学硕士研究生导师管理制度创新与实践,探索研究生导师选聘分开制度、绩效考评激励制度、双导师制度和构建研究生导师深度参与的研究生教育质量保障体系。导师一年一聘或两年一审,可避免导师终身制,促进导师能力、素质甚至结构;对导师的考核、评价和激励应放在考核研究生培养的全过程之中;双导师制可以优化导师队伍结构;研究生导师的主体责任不仅要贯穿到导师管理制度之中,还需要在整个内部评价、监督和保证体系予以体现,才能有效激发导师培养研究生的内在动力和质量自律。
Abstract:
Through innovation and practice of master tutor management system, Jimei University develop rules and regulations of master tutor and education quality assurance systems of master. Appointed every one to two yearsand conducting Two-Instructor in order to break tutor lifetime and improving quality and structure of tutor team.A scientific and suitable systemofevaluation and motivation for tutors can give full play to its functions of encouraging and guiding, espousing enthusiasm and self-discipline of tutors.
