摘要:
探讨中小学教师职业压力、情绪耗竭与主观幸福感的关系。被试为169名中小学教师,研究工具包括教师整体工作压力调查表、情绪耗竭分量表和主观幸福感问卷。结果显示:中小学教师的职业压力与主观幸福感处于中等水平,情绪耗竭处于中等偏下水平;职业压力、情绪耗竭与主观幸福感都存在着显著的相关;职业压力不仅直接影响中小学教师的主观幸福感,还通过情绪耗竭的中介作用影响主观幸福感。应降低中小学教师的职业压力与情绪耗竭水平,提升教师的主观幸福感,以更好地促进教师群体的心理健康状态。
Abstract:
To explore the relationship of occupational stress, subjective well-being and emotional exhaustion, 169 primary and secondary school teachers were investigated by teachers’ overall job stress questionnaire, emotional burnout subscale and subjective well-being questionnaire. The results indicated that:the primary and secondary teachers’ occupational stress and subjective well-being were in the medium level, and the emotional exhaustion was below average level;occupational stress, emotional exhaustion and subjective well-being were significantly related;the occupational stress not only impacted the primary and secondary teachers’ subjective well-being directly, but also affected the subjective well-being through the mediation of emotional exhaustion. We should reduce the primary and secondary school teachers’ occupational stress and emotional exhaustion level, to enhance their subjective well-being, in order to promote the mental health status of teachers group.
