摘要:
文化遗产教育是连接历史记忆与未来创新的重要纽带，其核心在于通过教育实践促进文化传承、社会认同与可持续发展。西班牙作为文化遗产存量大国，在推动遗产教育创新方面形成了独具特色的模式。西班牙推动文化遗产教育的动因，源于民族身份重构与文化重塑的需求，全球化与移民文化带来的认同危机，以及可持续旅游与专业人才培养的现实需求。在实践层面，西班牙通过立法与政策保障、非正式教育体系建设、项目式学习推广及国际合作深化，逐步形成了以学校教育为核心、社会参与为支撑、国际联动为延伸的多层次文化遗产教育体系。然而，西班牙文化遗产教育仍面临课程整合不足、师资培养薄弱、城乡资源分配不均与社会环境变化等多重挑战。西班牙的经验表明，文化遗产教育不仅是文化保护的延续，更是塑造文化认同和培育公民文化素养的重要途径。
Abstract:
Cultural heritage education serves as a crucial link connecting historical memory and future innovation,with its core lying in the promotion of cultural inheritance,social identity,and sustainable development through educational practices.As a country with a substantial stock of cultural heritage,Spain has developed a distinctive model for innovative cultural heritage education.The drivers behind Spain’s promotion of cultural heritage education stem from the need to reconstruct national identity and cultural reshaping,the identity crisis induced by globalization and immigrant cultures,and the practical demand for sustainable tourism and and professional talent cultivation.In practice,through strengthening legislative and policy-guarantees,establishing non-formal education systems,promoting project-based learning,and deepening international cooperation,Spain has gradually developed a multi-level cultural heritage education system that is centered on school education,supported by social participation,and extended through international collaboration.However,Spain’s cultural heritage education still faces multiple challenges such as insufficient curriculum integration,inadequate teacher training,unequal resource distribution between urban and rural areas,and socio-environmental changes.Spain’s experience demonstrates that cultural heritage education is not merely a continuation of cultural protection but also an important way to shape national identity and cultivate citizens’ cultural literacy.
