摘要:: 考证南宋著名江湖派诗人叶绍翁的未知生平信息，辨析既有结论，认为：叶绍翁大约出生于淳熙十二年（1185）到绍熙元年（1190）之间，淳祐元年（1241）以后还在世，且年在60以上；李颖士是他的曾祖或高祖，可能是李颖士的二子李耆老出继叶氏；叶绍翁的籍贯应为福建路建宁府浦城县，处州龙泉之说为非；他可能是通过太学上舍试出仕，参加过制举考试，极可能担任过史官，致仕后，隐居西湖；他与各学派人士都有交游，然而他自己却不是南宋道学学派中人，算作“学侣”更合适。

Abstract:: The famous Southern Song Dynasty poet Ye Shaoweng was probably born between the twelfth year of Chunxi (1185) and the first year of Shaoxi (1190), and he was still alive in the year 1241. Ling Yingshi was his great-grandfather or great-great-grandfather, whose second son Li Qilao was adopted by Ye family. Ye Shaoweng’s hometown is Pucheng County of Jianning Fu in Fujian Lu, but not Longquan of Chuzhou. He might enter the Imperial University, take the imperial examination, and serve as an official historian. After retirement or resignation, he retired to the West Lake. Most of his friends were scholars of different schools, but he himself was not a member of Song Confucianists, but a “learning companion”.
