摘要:
在全球经济增速下滑、实体经济发展困难的形势下，2015年我国先后提出《中国制造2025》战略规划和供给侧的改革方向，力图把中国打造为制造业强国。当前，福建省民营制造业企业的发展也正经历着严峻考验。成本管理是制造业企业管理的一个重要组成部分，发展福建省民营制造业企业就必须重视制造业企业的成本优化管理。通过对福建省民营制造业企业进行供给侧视角的成本管理问卷调查，试图从供给侧视角对福建省民营制造业企业成本管理的现状及问题进行分析，并提出相应的成本优化管理策略。
Abstract:
With the slowdown of the global economy, the real economy development meets difficulties. In the year 2015, China put forward “made in China 2025” strategy and supply front reform, aiming to make China a manufacturing power. Currently, private manufacturing enterprises in Fujian Province are experiencing severe tests. Their development involves attaching importance to their cost management, because cost management is an important part of manufacturing enterprise management. This paper, through a survey of private manufacturing enterprises in Fujian Province, attempts to find out their problems in cost management from the perspective of supply front, and proposes some corresponding strategies.
