海盐与生活密切相关,开展海盐非遗旅游是文旅融合的重要表现。调研福建莆田盐场、泉港山腰盐场,通过深度访谈、案例对比、扎根理论等方法,分析海盐非遗旅游五大行为主体,构建“文化展演”四大范畴:文化价值判断、文化情感投入、文化展演行为、文化身份确认,论证其递进关系,最终形成行为主体互动迭代的理论框架。据此提出在“文化展演”视角下,以四大范畴内涵为抓手,海盐非遗旅游目的地提升发展的举措:促进游客文化展演的被动与主动形成;科技与文创助力文化展演内容及形式,形成良性互动的迭代平台;发挥行为主体潜能,根据文化展演的互动逻辑,提升目的地整体规划和营销。

Sea salt is closely related to life,and the development of sea salt intangible cultural heritage tourism is an important manifestation of the integration of culture and tourism.Through in-depth interviews,case comparisons,grounded theories and other methods,this paper analyzes five major actors of sea salt intangible cultural heritage tourism,and constructs four major categories of “cultural performance”:cultural value judgment,cultural emotional investment,cultural performance behavior,and cultural identity confirmation,and demonstrates their progressive relationship,and finally forms a theoretical framework for the interaction and iteration of those actors.Accordingly,from the perspective of “cultural performance”,the measures to enhance the development of sea salt intangible cultural heritage tourism destinations are proposed:to promote the passive and active formation of tourists’ cultural performances;technology and cultural creativity help the content and form of cultural performances to form an iterative platform for benign interaction;unleash the potential of the actors,and improve the overall planning and marketing of the destinations according to the interactive logic of cultural performances.
