摘要:: 文化治理现代化是中国式现代化的重要组成部分，其探索历程历经了创建开拓、初步探索、体系构建、创新发展4个历史阶段。我国文化治理现代化具有坚持中国共产党的领导地位与人民主体地位相统一、坚持古今融通与厚植文化自信相统一、坚持兼收并蓄与秉持博采众长相统一、坚持树立规范与治理柔性相统一等本质特征。新时代推动文化治理现代化，要深刻把握现代化的本质特征和时代要求，以“三姓”要求为根本、以“三文”根脉为抓手、以“三化”实践为驱动，推动文化治理现代化更好地适应和满足时代发展要求和社会进步需求。

Abstract:: Cultural governance modernization is an important part of Chinas modernization.Its exploration process has gone through four historical stages of creation and development,preliminary exploration,system construction,and innovative development,and has shown differentiated characteristics in different development stages.It is characterized by adhering to the unity of the leadership position of the Communist Party of China and the dominant position of the people,the unity of the integration of ancient and modern times and cultural self-confidence cultivation,the unity of eclecticism and the principles of learning from others,and the unity of governance norms and flexibility.To promote the modernization of cultural governance in the new era,we must deeply grasp the essential characteristics and requirements of the times,take being Chinese,socialist and under the Party leadership as the foundation,the roots of “three cultures” as the starting point,and the practice of institutionalization,networking and internationalization as the driving point,and enable cultural governance modernization to better adapt to the development requirements of the times and the needs of social progress.
