摘要:: 当代海外中国学最先兴起于美国，是一门涉及多学科的综合性较强的社会科学，具有当代性、现实性、世界性、工具性、跨学科性、研究方法多样性、互学互鉴性的特点。当代海外中国学研究可以通过收集和整理当代海外中国学各类文献资源，建设数据库和整合大数据资源以实现智能资政，加强当代海外中国学成果的传播、转化与应用，学术活动、新媒体等打造资政服务品牌，推动当代海外中国学学科建设和培养相关国际人才等方式实现资政服务。当代海外中国学研究实现资政服务的意义是：为国家提供战略决策和预判、推动当代中国学走向国际化、提升中国话语权和国际地位、为世界文明的发展作出贡献等。

Abstract:: Contemporary overseas Chinese studies,which first arose in the United States,is a comprehensive social science involving multiple disciplines.It is contemporary,realistic,worldwide,instrumental,interdisciplinary,and involves diverse research methods and mutual learning.The research of contemporary overseas Chinese studies can achieve its administrative services by collecting and sorting out various literature resources of contemporary overseas Chinese studies,building databases and integrating big data resources to realize intelligent administration,strengthening the dissemination,transformation and application of contemporary overseas Chinese studies,building the brand of administration services through academic activities,new media,etc.,promoting contemporary overseas Chinese studies and cultivating relevant international talents.The research of contemporary overseas Chinese studies is of great significance in providing strategic decisionmaking and forecasting for the country,internationalizing contemporary Chinese studies,enhancing China’s discourse power and international status,and contributing to the development of world civilization.
