摘要:
社会工作的起源与发展，同情境的探讨联系密切。时代的发展和政策的转型，对中国社会工作实务的发展提出了新的要求。在基层社会治理背景下，中国社会工作实务具有在地的特点与挑战，主要表现为主体的改变、目标的转变和情境的变化。本研究基于现代性理论分析视角，并结合本土社会工作实践情境，提出社会工作参与基层社会治理服务逻辑与实践导向，即跨领域协同、参与式议事和在地性行动。本土社会工作实践应继续深植中国的历史脉络与在地的生活逻辑，融合治理实践与中国文化的理论研究，构建中国特色社会工作理论体系，推动社会工作高质量发展。
Abstract:
The development of social work and its origins are closely intertwined with the context in which it operates.The rapid advancement of the times and shifts in policy have introduced new demands for social work practice in China.Social work in China must pursue localization while addressing the challenges posed by grassroots social governance,characterized by diverse stakeholders,goal reorientation,and changing situations.This paper integrates a modernity perspective with the unique context of indigenous social work practice,proposing strategies for service provision and practice orientation in grassroots social governance.These strategies include cross-agency collaboration,participatory deliberative governance,and localized actions.Indigenous social work practice should be deeply rooted in China’s historical and cultural context,aligned with local life dynamics,and informed by integrated governance practices and Chinese cultural theory research.This approach aims to build a social work theory with distinctive Chinese characteristics and promote the high-quality development of social work.
