摘要:
全媒体时代各种舆论交锋的频次增多、力度加大，高校网络舆论引导呈现出复杂性和艰巨性。高校网络舆论引导面临意见表达的碎片化与话语主导的混沌化、舆情供给的遮蔽性与信息需求的透明性、新闻交互的多元化与信息传播的扁平化、舆情爆发的即时化与风险反应的长途化等困境。高校应坚持标本兼治，掌握网络舆论场主动权；供需对接，优化舆情引导内容；疏堵结合，营造良好舆论生态；破立并举，完善网络舆论引导机制。
Abstract:
With the increasing frequency and intensity of various public opinion exchanges in the all-media era,the guidance of online public opinion in colleges and universities gets more complex and difficult than ever before.It is faced with these problems: the fragmentation of opinion expression and discourse led chaos;the opacity of public opinion supply and the transparency of information demand;the diversification of news interaction and the flattening of information transmission;the immediacy of public opinion outbreak and the hysteretic nature of risk resolving.University guidance should seek to address both the symptoms and the root causes and have the initiative in hand in the field of online opinion field,optimize the guidance content by balancing the demand and supply,create a good online opinion ecology with the combination of encouragements with restrictions,and improve the guidance mechanism by both establishing new rules and breaking old ones.
