摘要:
通过对影响福建省排球教练员人力资源开发的因素进行调查研究,确立了7个主要的客观影响因素和6个主观影响因素,以期为福建省排球教练员人力资源开发与利用提供参考。
Abstract:
Through investigation and research on the influencing factors of the development of FuJian volleyball coaches human resources,this research established the main influence factors of seven objective and six subjective factors,providing references for the development and utilization of FuJian volleyball coach human resources.
