摘要:: 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对林书豪现象进行文化剖析与反思，指出了林书豪现象对我国竞技体育发展方式转型的几点启示：即在运动员培养方式的转型上要加大“教体融合”培养力度；在运动员选材方式的转型上要修正运动员选材理念，遏制功利化和片面化选材思维；在“三大球”振兴的发展方式上要坚决提高我国优秀运动员跨出国门的发展步伐。

Abstract:: The use of literature and logical analysis of Lin cultural analysis and reflection phenomenon. Lin pointed out that the phenomenon of Enlightenment on China＇s competitive sports development mode transformation , the transformation of culture in the way that athletes should increase “teach fusion” training efforts;athlete selection on restructuring the way to fix athlete selection philosophy, containment and one-sided selection of utilitarian thinking ; on “three ball” approach to development to revitalize the firm to improve our elite athletes to take the country＇s pace of development.
