摘要:
运营监管是组织良性运行的必要条件。采用文献资料法，通过体育社会组织概念的梳理和组织特征的阐述，以及组织运营监管时间、空间两个维度的分析，针对不同类型的体育社会组织，提出相应的监管方式：有效的外部监管、法律法规体系的完善更适用于公益性体育社会组织；互益性、自发性体育组织更强调内部监管；基金会和民办非企业单位则应该公开财务状况，以起到社会监督的效果。
Abstract:
By using literature, defining the concept of social organization through sport combing and organizational characteristics on the analysis of operational regulation is a necessary condition for organizational benign operation. Regulatory organization operating through two dimensions of time and space analysis, for different types of sports social organization, we propose appropriate regulatory approach. Effective external supervision, improvement of the legal system is more applicable to sports social welfare organizations; mutual benefit, spontaneity sports organizations more emphasis on internal controls; foundations and private nonenterprise units should be publicly available financial position to play a social supervision effect.
