摘要:
旨在为广场健身舞在厦门社区的发展提供参考依据，以期达到真正全民健身的目的。运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等方法并实地参与观察和实践，对广场健身舞在厦门市社区的开展现状进行分析。结果发现：近两年来，厦门社区广场健身舞的开展取得了良好的效果，其在社区体育健身活动中占有非常重要的地位，深受人们的喜爱。但在开展过程中也出现政府相关部门不够重视、广场健身舞团队建设中的各项规章制度不够完善、缺乏专业的广场健身舞指导人员、场地设施条件落后、噪音扰民和资金短缺等问题。
Abstract:
This research is aimed to provide reference for the improvement of the square exercising dance in Xiamen communities, and promote a better development of such dance in Xiamen communities, realizing a nation-wide exercising. This paper analyzes the development of square dance within community exercises in Xiamen City, based on document literatures, questionnaire surveys, interviews, and mathematical statistics, as well as personal observation and participation. We find that, in the last two years, the practice of the square exercising dance in Xiamen Communities has achieved good effects, and has been popular with citizens as it plays an important part in community exercises. However, there are problems during the development of square exercising dance, such as lack of attention from the concerning governments, incomplete rules and regulations of the founding of the dance team, no professional instructions, poor dancing facilities, noise problems, capital shortage, etc.
