摘要:: 职业社会体育指导员是我国在体育行业大力推行职业资格证书制度下的产物，随着体育行业职业资格证书制度的不断推行，职业社会体育指导员队伍也将不断壮大。采用文献资料法和问卷调查等方法对江苏省职业社会体育指导员队伍的培养、鉴定及使用情况等方面进行深入研究。分析制约职业社会体育指导员队伍发展因素提出相应的对策。

Abstract:: Occupational social sports instructors in China is the product of vigorously promoting occupation qualification certificate system in the sports industry, with the implementation of occupation qualification certificate system in sports industry, occupation social sports instructors will also continue to grow. In this paper, it uses the method of literature and questionnaire survey to study on the training, identification and using of occupational social sports instructors in Jiangsu province. Based on analysis the factors of restricting the development of occupational social sports instructors, it put forward the corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the construction and development of occupational social sports instructors in Jiangsu Province and the Country＇s.
