摘要:
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法，对田径运动教学方法的选择和应用进行研究。提出以田径运动专项特征和技能形成规律为主导，根据专项主导能力来选择适宜的教学策略；根据专项特征和习得规律安排教学内容顺序；根据技能形成过程的时空需要适时、动态、灵活选择教学方法。旨在为田径运动教学方法的选择和应用提供参考。
Abstract:
The use of literature and expert interviews for athletics selection and application of teaching methods research.Proposed to the special features and skills of track and field sports skills formation rules for the leading，according the special core competencies to select appropriate teaching strategies，in order the special features and acquisition rules to arrange the content，according the skills of the formation process of temporal and spatial needs to choose teaching methods timely，dynamic，flexible.aims to provide reference for selection and application of athletics teaching methods.
