旋转推铅球单支撑阶段关节角度变化特征研究-《体育科学研究》

Title:: Research on the Change Characteristic of the Angle of the Main Joints During One-leg Supporting Phase of Rotational Man＇s Shot Put Athletes

摘要:: 采用文献法、访谈法、观察法、数理统计法等研究方法，对我国优秀男子铅球运动员张竣旋转推铅球单支撑阶段主要关节角度的变化特征进行了研究，研究结果表明：与铅球运动成绩显著相关的关节角度指标是左髋关节角度、右膝关节角度、右肩关节角度等。在旋转推铅球的单支撑阶段，张竣的主要关节角度呈现以下变化特征：右肩关节角度开始时刻为84.31°，中间时刻达到最小值69.66°，结束时刻为89.55°；左髋关节角度在开始时刻为121.17°，在单支撑的四分之三阶段增大到168.57°，结束时刻为143.5°；右膝关节角度开始时刻为102°左右，也是整个阶段的最小值，结束阶段为159.58°。

Abstract:: Using documentary method ,interview method,observational method ,mathematical statistical method to investigate an elite male shot-putter，Zhang Jun during one-leg supporting and body rotating phase．The variety characteristics of dominant joint angle were evaluated in this study.The results were as follows:1The shot movement performance was significant correlation with joint angle index that is left hip angle,right knee angle,right shoulder angle.2During one-leg supporting and body rotating phase ,Zhang Jun’s main joint angle were changed as follows:at the beginning ,the right shoulder angle was 84.31°.In the middle the right shoulder angle was minimum 69.66°.At the end the right shoulder angle was 89.5°; at the beginning ,left hip angle was 84.31°and then increase to 168.7°at the three-quarters phase of one leg supporting,in the end was 143.5°; at the beginning the right knee angle was102°which was the minimum of whole phase ,and at the end was 159.58°.
