摘要:
在文献资料法分析商业健身俱乐部国内外发展概况的基础上，对商业健身俱乐部的发展现状与趋势、健身俱乐部的经营与管理模式、健身俱乐部教练员的研究，组织认同理论的研究现状等相关内容进行综述。通过对商业健身俱乐部教练员组织认同度的国内外研究的述评，提出进一步研究方向，以期研究成果促进商业健身俱乐部人力资源的优化，提高健身俱乐部绩效，促进我国商业健身俱乐部的快速发展，满足大众健身需求，使体育产业成为我国经济新的增长点。
Abstract:
By using literature analysis，a review is made on the development of domestic and foreign commercial fitness clubs，their management，coaches research，and organizational identity theories research.Through the review of the domestic and foreign research on the commercial fitness club coaches，further research is proposed in order to promote the optimization of human resources of the clubs，to improve the clubs performance，to accelerate the development of China＇s commercial fitness clubs，and to meet the need of public fitness，so as to make the sports industry another new economic growth point in China.
