摘要:
文章采用田野调查法、问卷调查法及专家访谈法，对福建省农村老年人体育公共服务供给和需求现状进行了研究，结果表明：福建省形成了较为完备的政策法规体系，体育场地设施、经费及社会体育指导员数量呈上升趋势，但也存在供给主体单一，体育场地城乡不均衡，组织体育活动次数总体不足的状况；农村老年人体育需求程度强弱依次为体育场地设施、体育技术指导、体育活动、体育组织、体育信息和体质监测。建议：全力推进体育健身康乐家园建设，加强社会体育指导员的培训和管理，借乡村振兴东风，挖掘和推广民间传统体育项目，加大体质测试宣传力度，建立老年人口与老龄事业公报制度。
Abstract:
By means of field investigation，questionnaire and expert interviews，the study was conducted of the status quo of supply and demand of sports service for the elderly in rural areas of Fujian province.The results show that a relatively complete system of policy and regulation has been built in Fujian province，and the number of sports venues，appropriations and social sports instructors is on the rise.However，there exist such problems as a single main supply，the imbalance of supply between urban and rural areas and the overall lack of the number of sports activities.The sports demand level of the elderly in rural areas is respectively sports facilities，sports guidance，sports activities，sports organizations，sports information and physical fitness monitoring in a strong-to-weak order.Hence，the suggestions are put forward as follows：no efforts should be spared to fully promote the program of sports fitness homes and strengthen the training and management of community sports instructors；to explore and promote the traditional folk sports and publicity of physique tests，under the guidance of the strategy of rural vitalization；to establish the bulletin system for aging population and aging undertakings.
