摘要:

文章为了找出中日校园足球后备人才发展的差距，以期为中国足球改革提供参考意见，通过文献研究、对比分析、调查等研究方法对中日在发展校园足球的视域进行比较剖析。研究发现，中日在校园足球人才培养体系中的管理体制与效度、竞赛与选拔体系、足球教练员、足球社会认可与回归感等方面存在较大差异。在此基础上提出建议：回归体教结合；完善管理体制，有序、科学、高效落实上级部门对基层的管理；打造高水平教练团队，引进国际优秀教练；鼓励和支持有足球特长的其他任课老师参与指导课余足球运动，以求校园足球遍地开花之效。

Abstract:

In order to find out the gap between Chinese and Japanese campus football reserve talents，and to provide reference for Chinese football reform，the research methods，such as literature research，comparative analysis and investigation method，are used to make a comparative analysis on the development of school football in China and Japan.The research found that there is a great disparity in the management system and validity，the competition and selection system，the football coaches，the social recognition and the sense of return in the training system of the campus football talents.On the basis of the analysis，the suggestions are put forward:the combination of the return to teaching and the integration of the teaching body must be all the time，perfect management system，orderly，scientific and efficient implementation of the management of the grass-roots level，a high level coach team，the introduction of excellent international coaches，and the encouragement and support of other teachers with special football skills to guide the after-school football，so as to achieve the effect of campus football everywhere.
