摘要:: 文章采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法，借鉴美国、日本、德国、英国以及我国上海、北京等部分地区较为先进的经验，充分挖掘我国在旧城改造过程中体育活动空间的开发潜力。根据导向性的政策意见，以及集约开发利用土地的规定，总结出融入商业广场、利用立体空间、改造工业废弃地、改造与提升旧场馆、活化闲置用地以及引进“共享”体育活动空间等六种适用于我国旧城区的集约开发利用模式，并对其进行理论分析。

Abstract:: Using the methods of literature study and logic analysis，the article draws on the more advanced experience of the United States，Japan，Germany，Britain and some parts of our country，such as Shanghai，Beijing，etc...It fully excavates the development potential of sports activity space in the process of old urban renewal in China.According to the guiding policy and the regulation of intensive exploitation and utilization of land，six kinds of intensive development and utilization models suitable for the old urban areas of China are summarized，including the integration of commercial square，the use of three-dimensional space，the transformation of industrial waste land，the transformation and promotion of old stadiums，the activation of idle land and the introduction of the “shared” sports activity space，which is carried out in theoretical analysis.
