摘要:
为了探讨定量差异法对生化指标定量分级以及核心参数指标对运动训练的指导作用,以天津市公路自行车队8名主力运动员为研究对象,利用黄金分割常数和变异系数对训练监控的生化指标进行定量分级和稳定性分析。结果显示:在7项指标中,Hb、Fe未能分级,其余CK分级最多,可分3级,RBC、BUN、T、C各分2级;3级CK与1级T的CV值在准备期与比赛期有显著定量差异(L≥0.80);1级T及1、2级CK为训练核心参数。结论:变异系数分析可以鉴定阶段性的训练成果,预测运动员的竞技成绩以及判定运动员竞技状态的稳定性等;生化指标定量分级能够精准地确定最佳训练负荷,辅助教练指导运动训练;核心参数指标的出现能够保证运动训练的经济高效性。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the guiding significance of quantitative difference method for quantitative classification of biochemical indexes and analysis of core parameters for sports training.Methods:Tianjin road cycling team of eight athletes in as the research object,using the golden division constant and coefficient of variation of training monitoring biochemical indexes of quantitative classification and stability analysis.Results:Among the 7 indicators,HB and Fe failed to be classified,and the rest CK was rated at the highest level,which could be divided into 3 levels,and RBC,BUN,T and C were classified into 2 levels respectively;CV values of grade 3 CK and grade 1 T have significant quantitative differences between the preparation period and the reinforcement period(l>0.80);Level 1 T and level 2 CK are the core training parameters.Conclusions:The analysis of coefficient of variation can identify the training results in stages,predict the athletes’athletic performance,and determine the stability of athletes’athletic state;The quantitative grading of biochemical indexes can accurately determine the optimal training load and assist coaches to guide sports training;The appearance of core parameters can guarantee the economic efficiency of sports training.
