笔者采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,以结构方程模型作为分析工具,构建了体育消费券效用模型,并对影响体育消费券效用的关键因素进行分析。研究结果表明:体育消费券经济价值、健身群众使用意愿、体育消费券使用限制性、体育消费券使用可靠性、体育消费券领取便利性等5个要素是影响体育消费券效用的关键因素;体育消费券经济价值对体育消费券效用影响最大,而健身群众使用意愿、体育消费券使用可靠性、体育消费券领取便利性和体育消费券使用限制性对体育消费券效用影响次之;体育消费券效用与体育消费券经济价值、健身群众使用意愿、体育消费券使用可靠性、体育消费券领取便利性之间呈正相关关系,是提升体育消费券效用的积极因素;体育消费券效用与体育消费券使用限制性之间呈负相关关系,是阻碍体育消费券效用发挥的不利因素。

Using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,the model of structural equation as the analysis tool,the key factors affecting the utility of sports coupons are analyzed.The research results show that:the economic value of sports coupons,the willingness of the fitness people to use,the restrictions on the use of sports coupons,the reliability of the use,and the convenience of receiving sports coupons are the key factors affecting the utility of sports coupons;The economic value has the greatest impact on the utility of sports coupons,while the willingness of the fitness people,the reliability of the use,the convenience of the collection,and the use of sports coupons are second to the effect of sports coupons;There is a positive correlation between the utility and the economic value of sports coupons,the willingness of the fitness people to use,the reliability of the use of sports coupons,and the convenience of receiving sports coupons.It is a positive factor in improving the utility of sports coupons;the utility of sports coupons and sports coupons.The negative correlation between the use restrictions is an unfavorable factor hindering the utility of sports coupons.
