摘要:
为了促进体医融合更好、更快地发展，解决体医融合背景下运动处方师发展的困境,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地调查法对运动处方师发展困境进行研究。运动处方师发展过程中存在如下困境：体医融合模式成熟度有待提高、运动处方师培训和晋升渠道不够完善和通畅、缺少运动处方师实训基地、教育系统介入力度不够、缺乏网络咨询和搜索中心等。这些是制约运动处方师发展的主要因素。针对我国运动处方师发展存在的困难，有针对性地提出包括整合体医融合运营模式、完善运动处方师认证和晋升制度、发挥体育总局和教育系统的作用、充分利用“互联网+”进行宣传和传播、推出具有代表性的运动处方套餐在内的发展策略，为更好地推广和发展体医融合提供思路。
Abstract:
The objective is to promote the better and faster development of sports and medicine care integration and solve the dilemma of sports prescription practitioners development under the background of sports and medicine integration.Through the analyses of literature，expert interviews and field surveys，this paper probes into the development dilemma of sports prescription practitioners in China and demonstrates that the maturity of sports and medicine integration model needs to be improved，the training and promotion systems of sports prescription practitioners are not perfect and unobstructed，and the lack of training base of sports pharmacists，the insufficient intervention of education system，the lack of network consultation and search center are the main factors restricting the development of sports prescription practitioners.This study，in view of these existing difficulties，puts forward strategies for integrating the operation mode，the optimization of certification and promotion system for sports prescription practitioners，the active participation of General Administration of Sports of China and Education System，full use of “Internet +” for publicity and disseminate representative sports prescription packages，aiming to provide ideas for the better development of the integration of sports and medical care.
